OUTREACH TASKS
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN IN-HOUSE LEAD GEN/ BOOKING SPECIALIST
Sending at least 150 NEW messages in a week which can be on FB, LinkedIn, or IG. (Mon-Fri). This doesn't include follow-ups or continued conversations.
Adding at least 40-60 ideal clients per day on FB. If IG is your main platform we can follow 50-80 per day. We're following a certain number per day to avoid the account getting banned/shut down.
Growing FB group members- Invite people to the group
Booking calls (for a new/starting account, the average # of calls is 1-4 per week, but for an account with a huge network/engagement, we can book an average of 3-6 people per day depending on the responsiveness of leads)
Welcoming new members to the group
Tagging leads in relevant videos or trainings
Going to other groups and finding leads
Providing suggestions and feedback on what's working and what's not. Suggesting contents that can generate leads.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN VA OUTREACH TRAINING
1ST AND 2ND DAY
Video training course: these should be completed at least in 2 days that way their knowledge is fresh and so we can build momentum
Onboarding call: so we’ll be able to get to know your target market/demographics and details of your coaching program
Access to Messenger scripts
Whatsapp or Messenger group for the setters to provide support and feedback (will reply ASAP or if not, at least within 12hrs).
3rd day
We’ll jump in on the fitpro’s account and create videos/ trainings on how to get leads, create convos, and book calls
4th day-14th day (Implementation)
VA will watch the videos and implement
2-week guidance and feedback of the VA's convos: we will be setting fair metrics for them to hit (if they can’t book and having a hard time on their first week, we still guide them the following week).
Metrics per day: # of friend requests, # of new messages sent, # of group invite sent, # of replies, # of calls booked, # of follow ups. We want them to hit minimum of 1-2 calls booked per day
